Liz is in-network with United Healthcare and Health Net. She is happy to provide superbills for insurance plans she is not in-network with.
Prior to your initial session, Liz asks that you verify your insurance benefits. Unfortunately, not all plans cover nutrition services or they are limited to specific benefits and/or medical conditions. Please call your insurance and ask the questions below. Verifying your benefits ensures that you know how your policy works toward seeing a dietitian.
