About Me

It all started when…

My own experiences with body image and an eating disorder drove my passion to become a dietitian. I love connecting with others and reminding them they’re not alone on their journeys.

I graduated from Loma Linda University with a bachelor’s and a master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics. I've worked in various settings, including mental health treatment, dialysis, kidney and liver transplants, skilled nursing, and teaching classes for the CDC Diabetes Prevention Program. I’m always looking to expand my skills in eating disorder counseling, mental health, and women’s health.

To maintain my mental wellness, I enjoy getting outdoors—whether it's walking my dog, backpacking, hiking, exercising, reading, or treating myself to monthly massages. These activities help me stay balanced and bring a fresh perspective to my work so I can support my clients in the best way possible.
