Food Freedom Guide on the Side.

I understand that you may be facing challenges like emotional eating, binge eating, and a constant preoccupation with food and body image, which can take a toll on other areas of your life. You might be struggling with impaired hunger cues and navigating the confusing world of nutrition advice, leading to feelings of low self-confidence and self-worth from past dieting experiences.

If you jump from one quick-fix diet to another, feel guilt or shame when you stray from strict rules or obsessively track every calorie and macro, know that you're not alone. It’s common to feel trapped in an all-or-nothing mindset, labeling foods as good or bad and facing difficulties maintaining a stable weight.

I’m here to help you break free from this cycle. Together, we can work on nurturing a healthier relationship with food, focusing on balanced meals that honor your cravings while promoting well-being. My goal is to support you in reconnecting with your body and finding sustainable habits that fit your life. Let’s embark on this journey together, focusing on your overall health and happiness rather than just numbers on a scale. You deserve to feel good about yourself and your relationship with food.

My Nutrition Philosophy

I believe in balancing nourishing foods with enjoyable, "fun" foods. Health is about much more than just food, exercise, and weight—it’s about feeling good in your body and nourishing it in a way that supports overall well-being. It’s essential to listen to your hunger and fullness cues, honor your cravings, and find a balance that works for you.

Please note: I do not offer weight loss-focused services. My approach is centered on creating a balanced, positive relationship with food, emphasizing nourishment and well-being over the number on the scale.

Who I Work With

I work with adults who are struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic dieting, and PCOS from a weight inclusive, not diet approach.

What to Expect

You can expect an empathetic, supportive, and encouraging environment. My clients are typically motivated and open-minded, wanting to make positive changes. They’re receptive to recommendations and proactive in improving their relationship with food and their body. With that said, there are no expectations for perfection; if something feels challenging or not suitable, we will work through it to find what works for you.
